At Whoops, we understand that when you order from us, you value two things above all else: Privacy and Speed. We have streamlined our logistics to ensure your package arrives quickly, safely, and without any "awkward" moments.
1. 100% Discreet Packaging Guarantee
We take your privacy seriously. Every order is shipped following our Triple-Privacy Protocol:
Neutral Outer Packaging: Orders are packed in plain, tamper-evident flyers or brown boxes. There are no "Whoops" logos, no mention of "condoms," and no suggestive imagery on the outside.
Content Description: On the courier airway bill, the contents are categorised generally as "Healthcare" or "Personal Care."
2. Delivery Timelines
We work with Pakistan's leading courier partners PostEx to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad: 1 – 2 business days.
Other Major Cities: 2 – 4 business days.
Rural/Remote Areas: 4 – 7 business days.
Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: We charge a flat fee of Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 200] for deliveries across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 2000.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You can use this number on our partner courier's website to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure successful delivery, all Cash on Delivery orders require a one-time verification.
After placing an order, you may receive a verification call or a WhatsApp message.
Orders will only be processed once they are confirmed. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order will unfortunately be cancelled.
6. Delivery Protocol & Safety
Rider Interaction: The courier rider will call you before arrival. Since the package is discreetly labelled, you can confidently receive it at your doorstep, office, or even a public landmark.
Unsuccessful Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times. If you are unavailable both times, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional delivery charges.
Inspection: Please note that for security and hygiene reasons, courier riders are not permitted to allow customers to open the package before payment (for COD).
7. Handling of Damaged Shipments
While we pack our items with extreme care, if you receive a package that is visibly torn or crushed to the point where the inner products might be damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
