1. Age Requirement
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Whoops sells adult wellness products, and we reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the purchaser is a minor.

While we strive for perfection, Whoops does not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or prices are 100% error-free. In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product description, we reserve the right to:

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Confirmation: An order confirmation email/message does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud).

Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Timelines: We aim to deliver within 2–5 business days across Pakistan. However, delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may call or message you to verify the order. Unverified orders will not be processed.

Transfer of Risk: Once the package is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is generated, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Customer Conduct & Fair Use
Whoops maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

Fake Orders: Placing orders with no intent to receive them.

Harassment: Any verbal abuse toward our customer support team or delivery riders.

Fraud: Attempting to claim refunds for products that were not damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to black-list addresses or phone numbers associated with fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability
Whoops provides products manufactured by third parties.

We are not liable for any physical reactions, allergies, or injuries resulting from the use of products sold on our site.

It is the user’s responsibility to check ingredient lists and expiry dates before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the name Whoops, logos, website design, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Whoops. You may not reproduce, copy, or "scrape" our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways or health blogs). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

9. Changes to Terms
Whoops reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Lahore.

Implementation Tips for Whoops:
The "I Agree" Checkbox: During the checkout process, add a small checkbox that says, "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and confirm I am over 18." This adds a layer of legal protection.

Delivery Verification: Since COD refusal rates can be high in Pakistan, mention in your T&Cs that you might call for a "Verification Code" or confirmation before shipping.
